It’s completely fine if you are not sure of the problem, however if you have undergone any tests or have been advised some tests, you can provide us with information of the same. If you are suffering from some vague symptoms you can provide the details of the same.
How do you define the diseases that are considered/evaluated during the application process?
High Blood Pressure--> Hypertension (HTN) or high blood pressure, sometimes called arterial hypertension, is a chronic medical condition in which the blood pressure in the arteries is elevated. High blood pressure is said to be present if it is persistently at or above 140/90 mmHg. Chest Pain-- Chest pain is discomfort or pain that you feel anywhere along the front of your body between your neck and upper abdomen. It is also known as Chest tightness; Chest pressure; Chest discomfort. Heart Attack-->A heart attack occurs when blood flow to a part of your heart is blocked for a long enough time that part of the heart muscle is damaged or dies. Most heart attacks are caused by a blood clot that blocks one of the coronary arteries. The coronary arteries bring blood and oxygen to the heart. If the blood flow is blocked, the heart is starved of oxygen and heart cells die. Stroke-->A stroke is the sudden death of a portion of the brain cells due to a lack of oxygen. A stroke occurs when blood flow to the brain is damage resulting in abnormal function of brain. It is caused by blockage or rupture of an artery to the brain. Other heart condition--> If you have or are currently suffering from any condition related to the heart such as Rheumatic Fever, Heart Murmur, Palpitation, Shortness of Breath, Valve Diseases, Cardiomegaly, Cardiomyopathy etc "B. High Blood Sugar--> High blood sugar is a condition in which an excessive amount of glucose circulates in the blood plasma, whenever the glucose (sugar) level in blood rises high temporarily, this condition is also known as hyperglycemia. Diabetes--> Diabetes mellitus is a condition that occurs when the body can't use glucose (a type of sugar) normally. In diabetes, the pancreas does not make enough insulin (type 1 diabetes) or the body can't respond normally to the insulin that is made (type 2 diabetes). This causes glucose levels in the blood to rise, leading to symptoms such as increased urination, extreme thirst and unexplained weight loss. Thyroid --> A thyroid disease is a medical condition impairing the function of the thyroid. Eg: Hypothyroidism, Hyperthyroidism, Grave’s disease, Hashimotos thyroiditis etc. Other hormonal disorder--> If you have or are currently suffering from any condition related to disorders of the endocrine glands such as gigantism, acromegaly, tumors of the pituitary gland, tumor of the thyroid gland. Asthma--> Asthma is a chronic lung disorder that causes airways (the tubes that carry air into and out of the lungs) to become inflamed, which means that they swell and produce lots of thick mucus. Tuberculosis--> Tuberculosis is a chronic, infectious disease caused by bacteria that primarily attacks the lungs. Any other respiratory Disorder--> If you have or are currently suffering from any condition related to Respiratory system such as Inflammatory lung disease, cystic fibrosis, emphysema, chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder or acute respiratory distress syndrome, pneumonia etc. "D. Cancer--> Cancer is a term used for diseases in which abnormal cells divide without control and are able to invade other tissues. Cancer cells can spread to other parts of the body through the blood and lymph systems. Most cancers are named for the organ or type of cell in which they start - for example, cancer that begins in the colon is called colon cancer; cancer that begins in melanocytes of the skin is called melanoma. Tumor /Malignant Growth--> It is a term used for diseases in which abnormal cells divide without control and are able to invade other tissues. Cancer cells can spread to other parts of the body through the blood and lymph systems. When it spreads to other parts of the body it is called Malignant Growth. Leukemia--> Leukemia is cancer of the body's blood-forming tissues, including the bone marrow and the lymphatic system. Any Blood Disorder--> If you have or are currently suffering from any condition related to Blood disorders affect the production of blood and its components, such as blood cells, haemoglobin, blood proteins, the mechanism of coagulation. Some of the diseases include anemia, Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura, thalassemia, hemophilia, Non Hodgkin’s lymphoma etc. "E. Any Stomach, Intestinal disorder such as recurrent indigestion or ulcers -->The term refers to any disease, disorders or conditions that affect the stomach, intestines i.e the digestive system. Eg Appendicitis, Barret’s Oesophagus, Coeliac Disease, Colitis, Crohn’s Disease, Diverticulitis, Gallstones, Peptic Ulcers, Hernia, Ulcerative Colitis, Inflammatory Bowel Syndrome etc. Jaundice or any liver disorder--> . Jaundice is often seen in liver disease such as hepatitis or liver cancer. The main symptom of jaundice is a yellow discoloration of the white part of the eyes and of the skin. Liver disease is a general term for any damage to the liver that reduces its functioning. Eg Cirrhosis, Fatty Liver, Gilbert’s Syndrome etc. Any kidney disorders--> The term kidney disorders refers to any disease, disorder, or condition that affects the kidneys. Some of the diseases include nephritic syndrome, glomerulonephritis, nephropathies, Kidney stones, Tumors of the kidney, ureters, polycystic kidney diseases etc. "G. Mental/Psychiatric ailment -->Mental disorders are generally characterized by some combination of abnormal thoughts, emotions, behavior and relationships with others. Examples are schizophrenia, depression, mental retardation and disorders due to drug abuse. Disease of the nervous system--> Diseases of the nervous system include stroke, infections such as meningitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, Headache, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis etc. "H. Any ailment of bones/joints/ Limbs-->Disorders affecting the bones, joints like Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Osteomyelitis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fractures etc Any disorder of spine -->Disorders affecting the spine like Scoliosis, injuries to the spine, Spinal Stenosis, Ankylosing Spondylitis etc Any disorder of muscle-->Muscle disorders can cause weakness, pain or even paralysis. Eg Muscular Dystrophy, Myositis, Paralysis "I. Hepatitis B--> An infection of the liver that is caused by a DNA virus, is transmitted by contaminated blood or blood derivatives in transfusions, by sexual contact with an infected person, or by the use of contaminated needles and instruments. The disease has a long incubation and symptoms that may become severe or chronic, causing serious damage to the liver. Hepatitis C--> Hepatitis C is an infectious disease affecting primarily the liver, caused by the hepatitis C virus (HCV). The infection is often asymptomatic, but chronic infection can lead to scarring of the liver and ultimately to cirrhosis, which is generally apparent after many years. HIV infection--> HIV infection is a condition caused by the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). The condition gradually destroys the immune system, which makes it harder for the body to fight infections. HIV most often spreads through unprotected sex with an infected person. It may also spread by sharing drug needles or through contact with the blood of an infected person. Women can give it to their babies during pregnancy or childbirth. AIDS\AIDS related --> AIDS stands for Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome. It is the most advanced stage of infection with HIV. Any other sexually transmitted disease-->Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs), or Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), are generally acquired by sexual contact. The organisms that cause sexually transmitted diseases may pass from person to person in blood, semen, or vaginal and other bodily fluids. They include diseases like Gonorrhoea, Syphilis, Genital Herpes. Chlamydia etc.
